This attention to detail sets us apart from all other wig companies. You can expect your wig to be professionally styled and package before it is shipped. Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for us to process your order. Any added color services and alterations do add five (5) to ten (10) business days to the processing time. This is what we need to make your new Milano Wig perfect for you. In some cases, your new wig may be oversold; should this occur, we will reach out to you with available in stock options. If no available options work for you, we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date. If you purchase your oversold wig on sale, the price will be locked in and any exchanges will have the sale price honored.
