Exchanging or Returning an Item?

There is a 5-day return/exchange policy for all purchases from this website as long as the items are in as-new, unworn and unaltered condition. WiGrips, GripCaps and TopGrips must be in unopened original packaging. The 5-day return policy begins when your item is received from the shipping carrier, and includes weekends. Milano uses a tracking system for all items shipped.
Wigs must be shipped back to Milano within 5 days of receipt in the the original packaging, with tags attached, to qualify for return/exchange.
Please log into your account, or if you checked out as a guest, click here to request a Return Merchant Authorization Number, or email cs@milanowigs.com for a return authorization. Please insert a copy of the RMA with the wig.
A customer service representative will be in contact with you once the item is received and inspected to process the return/exchange.
Note: All purchases made in a Milano Showroom are exchangeable within 3-days of purchase, provided that the items are in as-new, unworn and unaltered condition. Showroom purchases are not refundable.
