Shipping Terms

Processing of your Order:

We are committed to ensuring that your wig meets your specifications and our exacting quality standards.  Orders are reviewed and processed, in the order that they are received, usually within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. An additional 5 to 10 business days for salon cut and/or color services and/or cap enhancement services may be required.  We will contact you with any questions and to confirm your preferences.  During peak order times, such as during promotions and holidays, we may require additional processing time.

We prioritize every order, but sometimes it does take a little longer to complete the finishing touches!

Expedited Order Processing:

Expedited order processing may be available for an additional non-refundable charge. Please contact your order consultant for additional information. 

In Stock Policy:

If your item is not in stock you will be notified by phone or email . You will have the option of choosing an alternative in-stock wig, or waiting to receive your order. An estimated delivery time will be provided. Payment is then processed to reserve your piece(s). You may choose to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping, we will use the shipping method selected with your order.

Free US Shipping:

Usually delivered within 4 - 7 business days from ship date.

All orders
 totalling $50 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in the continental USA.

US Standard Shipping:

Usually Delivered within 2 to 5 business days from ship date. 

US Express Shipping:

Usually delivered within 1 - 4 business days from ship date.

US Next Business Day Shipping:

Usually delivered on the next business day from ship date. 

 

International Shipping:

International Standard shipping  - Usually delivered within 5 - 14 business days from shipping.
International Express shipping - Usually delivered with 2 - 5 business days from shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated before checkout.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

Customer is responsible for all additional delivery costs including any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by local customs for any delivery outside of the USA.
International delivery time does not include any delays due to customs or other clearance procedures.

Delivery Confirmation:

Milano shall deliver the products to the purchaser using the shipping method selected at checkout. Once delivery confirmation (electronic or otherwise) is received from the assigned carrier, Milano is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation, and the terms of sale are deemed to be completed.
