Consultation Questions
How much does a consultation cost?
Nothing — every consultation is complimentary, with no obligation whatsoever. Optional services like color or a custom cut are priced separately.
How long will my appointment take?
Virtual consultations run about 45 minutes. In-person appointments are usually about an hour and may take longer if you add styling services.
What should I prepare?
You’ll complete a brief intake form before your appointment, where you can share goals, questions, and upload inspiration photos. For virtual appointments, a quiet spot with good lighting and a mirror nearby helps.
Can I use insurance, FSA/HSA, or financing?
FSA/HSA funds may be used for medically necessary wigs and toppers, subject to your plan’s eligibility and documentation rules. Klarna payment plans are available, and some insurance plans may cover part of the cost. Your specialist can explain the options, but confirm coverage with your plan administrator or insurer.
