Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for us to process your order. Any added color services and alterations do add five (5) to ten (10) business days to the processing time. This is what we need to make your new Milano Wig perfect for you. In some cases, your new wig may be oversold; should this occur, we will reach out to you with available in stock options. If no available options work for you, we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date. If you purchase your oversold wig on sale, the price will be locked in and any exchanges will have the sale price honored. Free US Shipping:
All orders over $50 qualify for Free US Shipping anywhere in the continental United States and is usually delivered within 4 - 10 business days.
US Standard Shipping:
Shipping anywhere in the continental United States and is usually delivered within 2 - 5 business days.
US Express Shipping:
Express Shipping charges are calculated before checkout and is usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days.
International Shipping:
International Shipping charges are calculated before checkout there are two options available:
International Standard Shipping and International Express Shipping
International Standard Shipping is usually delivered within 5 - 14 business days.
International Express Shipping is usually delivered within 2 - 5 business days.
