This is my second order as my first purchase was great. There was a shipping issue with the carrier they used and after much back and forth and chasing the package as it was not accurately reflecting the tracking, I contacted Milano for resolution. Of which they were not able to accommodate. I called on Friday afternoon and was told “well it’s a Friday management leaves early”. This is AFTER they have pulled my money out and I still do not have what I purchased. 1/5 stars for customer service.

I have been silently watching and following Milano for years and had been seeing the videos of the fringe toppers and decided to take the plunge. So glad I did, this is one of the most natural toppers I have ever gotten. I have been disappointed in other brands toppers I have gotten in the past, but this was the first that exceed my expectations. The color matched my biohair nearly perfect. Definitely would but again. I am a side part girl and I was able to do more of a side swept bang after some playing with. Pic is of topper right out of the box.

The hair quality is great. The construction is great. The bangs are heavy and blunt cut straight across! Going to be difficult to blend. Looks nothing like what is pictured. Disappointed. 400.00 and I'll need to bring to hairdresser to attempt to blend the bangs better for more money spent. Im an experienced wig,topper wearer.

I was a bit nervous about getting a topper. This topper is light weight and easy to style. I don’t feel self conscious about wearing it and have perfect coverage where I need it.

The band does ride up leaving a bump in the hair in the back. Which is a little disappointing I was hoping to use the band to hold the topper in place and avoid the clips in my already thin hair. No amount of adjustment fixes the problem. I ended up removing the strap and just use the clips.

The hair is beautiful and matches perfectly, and looks great on. It does exactly what it is suppose to do. I actually wore it to my hair stylist so she could cut the bangs and while waiting for her to come over, the owner came over to my chair to give a trainee a lesson on how to color roots with extensions....) When she stopped by she said she doesn't even need her roots done??? She could NOT tell I had the fringe topper on and COULD NOT believe I bought it on line AND that the color match was perfect. I was actually quite surprised as well that it matched so well. I am thoroughly happy with it, especially since I figured out how to extend the elastic band after 3 weeks of wearing it so terrible tight. I though I had extended it all the way, but just today I realized I could loosen it more. I love it and so glad I made the investment, because giving me more hair is one thing, but I am able to go an extra few weeks before I need my roots colored again! I have purchased toppers in the past, but never felt confident about going out in public with them as I always felt like they looked too fake, thus the comment this is my first time as I would never go in public. A little bit of dry shampoo took out the shine and makes it just perfect! Thanks for a great product!
