This is my second Ponytail wig and I could not be more disappointed as it’s nothing like the first one I bought about a year ago. The hair didn’t seem as soft but the worst part was the Frankenstein looking hairline. Just awful and so obvious. When I sent the photo to Milano they seriously told me it looked just fine to them ! Unbelievable. It’s hard enough feeling confident in a wig. The last thing I want is people staring at my hairline!

Struggling with alopecia, I finally decided to go to wigs. Having bought several ponytails (22 and 26 inches) in platinum blonde with both reverse balayage and full rooting, I am in love. I finally feel like myself: confident and happy! I receive constant compliments on my hair, and no one knows I'm wearing a wig except my close friends and family. Milano has been wonderful with working with me on various pieces and I truly appreciate the excellent client support. As a teacher, I can't afford some of the pieces I'd like to try, but the pony lasts well over a year and maintains it's beautiful locks. I use the freedom lining so I feel more secure when wearing her up or pulled partially back. I can even braid her across the top for a more fanciful look and the wefts never show. I wished I lived closer so I could visit the shop, but working with Milano via email, phone, and mail, has been easy. The professionals at Milano have truly helped me achieve a look that makes me feel self assured and compliments my daily life.

I love the hair and the color service they did is so beautiful as usual. it looks realistic on top and at the hairline. however in the back the wetting is very obvious. if the wind blows while having it down, it's easy to spot. I'm a little disappointed in that but will try to fix it with root spray or something like that.

The most realistic and comfortable wig I’ve ever worn. I’ve purchased human hair wigs from the big online places and some have even been more $$ and they are terrible in comparison to Milano. I will never go back to those. Milano for life!
