At Milano Collection we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. Every wig and topper is inspected by our quality control team before it is shipped. This attention to detail sets us apart from all other wig companies. You can expect your wig to be professionally styled and package before it is shipped. Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for us to process your order. Any added color services and alterations do add five (5) to ten (10) business days to the processing time. This is what we need to make your new Milano Wig perfect for you. In some cases, your new wig may be oversold; should this occur, we will reach out to you with available in stock options. If no available options work for you, we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date. If you purchase your oversold wig on sale, the price will be locked in and any exchanges will have the sale price honored. Delivery

Orders are usually processed in 5 - 15 business days. Please note that delivery times start after the order has been completed by our Client Experience and Quality Control Teams and has been packed for shipping.

Free US Shipping:

All orders over $50 qualify for Free US Shipping anywhere in the continental United States and is usually delivered within 7 - 10 business days.

US Standard Shipping:

Shipping anywhere in the continental United States and is usually delivered within 3 - 7 business days.

US Express Shipping:

Express Shipping charges are calculated before checkout and is usually delivered within 2 - 4 business days.

International Shipping:

International Shipping charges are calculated before checkout there are two options available:

International Standard Shipping and International Express Shipping

International Standard Shipping is usually delivered within 5 - 14 business days.

International Express Shipping is usually delivered within 2 - 5 business days.

International customers are responsible for all additional costs that may be charged by local customs agencies for duties and taxes. Please note that international delivery times do not include any delays caused by clearance and customs agencies.

Returns

Milano Collection offers an amazing five (5) day return policy. The five days begin from the day you receive your order.

Exchanges are FREE! We hope you'll fall in love the second time around, whether that means finding the right cap construction, length, style, or color. We have a large selection and will gladly assist you in finding the right wig for you. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed during sales and promotions may be EXCHANGE ONLY.
