I needed a beautiful wig for my wedding day and so I turned to Milano, though I had to travel there, the hair I got at the end was worth it! I got the hair of my dreams, however the service wasn't amazing, the girl who was assisting me didn't seem to know what to do with the wig slipping off of me, I had to figure out myself that I needed a "wig grip", which she didn't tell me. I was also kind of disappointed by their time management. They told me it would take 2 hours to prepare the wig for me to take home, but it took them 5 hours, because they prioritized another client who was local. I'm not going to lie, the service was a little sad, but the end result was worth it. Either way, thank you Milano for the beautiful wig!
