Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for us to process your order. Any added color services and alterations do add five (5) to ten (10) business days to the processing time. This is what we need to make your new Milano Wig perfect for you. In some cases, your new wig may be oversold; should this occur, we will reach out to you with available in stock options. If no available options work for you, we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date. If you purchase your oversold wig on sale, the price will be locked in and any exchanges will have the sale price honored. This is by far the best wig I have ever owned. The hair quality is superb, the style is perfect, and the color is so flattering.. I have alopecia, but this wig is so natural looking that no one has a clue unless I tell them. I get compliments every single time I wear this wig. Total strangers literally stop me on the street to tell me how pretty my hair is… and for someone with no bio hair, that is such a huge confidence booster! Milano’s customer service is also top notch. They made sure it fit perfectly and worked with me to get the color exactly how I wanted . Do not hesitate to work with Milano.
