Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for us to process your order. Any added color services and alterations do add five (5) to ten (10) business days to the processing time. This is what we need to make your new Milano Wig perfect for you. In some cases, your new wig may be oversold; should this occur, we will reach out to you with available in stock options. If no available options work for you, we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date. If you purchase your oversold wig on sale, the price will be locked in and any exchanges will have the sale price honored. Orders are usually processed in 5 - 15 business days. Please note that delivery times start after the order has been completed by our Client Experience and Quality Control Teams and has been packed for shipping.

Best mannequin head I have
Love this head. It is sturdy, holds my wig perfectly and it’s much prettier to look at then my canvas block heads. It even has eyelashes! Great quality for the price point! I am going to order one or two more when I can.

Best mannequin Styling head ever!!
This is seriously my favorite mannequin styling head! I own five of them! The silicon material makes it hard for your hairpiece to slide as your styling!!!

This could be better quality. One of the lashes fell off and the Milano logo is coming off. I’ve had to glue them back on.
