Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for us to process your order. Any added color services and alterations do add five (5) to ten (10) business days to the processing time. This is what we need to make your new Milano Wig perfect for you. In some cases, your new wig may be oversold; should this occur, we will reach out to you with available in stock options. If no available options work for you, we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date. If you purchase your oversold wig on sale, the price will be locked in and any exchanges will have the sale price honored. I finally ordered my 9" dark brown balayage fringe topper after viewing it on the Milano website and reading all the information about it for months. I couldn't take the leap to buy it because I wasn't sure that I would receive the one that was pictured on the website. When I looked at the various pictures for this 9" fringe topper, some of them looked shorter than others. For example, the medium brown topper looked completely different from the dark brown balayage. In November 2025, I ordered the 5x4" dark brown balayage and crossed my fingers that the balayage would not be super light, and not too short. Then I received a message that said Milano was completely out of this topper and was in production. I contacted customer service to inquire how long it would be before the topper would be available. I was informed that it would be 3-4 months. I wasn't happy. Then after about another week, Jae, from customer service, messaged me to say that she had found a 9" fringe topper dark brown balayage in a wavy. This wavy style is not offered on their website so there isn't a picture of it. She said that the wave is very slight and could be easily straighten with a blow dryer. She offered to have it straightened for me before mailing it to me.
Finally, it arrived around December 22nd. I was so excited to try it on. Alas, the top grip wasn't attached to the topper as it should've been. I quickly saw that it was too small for the 5 x 4" topper and couldn't use it. I…
