Easy to Use: Fill a bucket or basin with warm water, add a quarter-size amount of shampoo and mix well; Place hand inside of wig cap to hold it and dip wig slowly into the water until hair is fully saturated; Repeat 3-4 times, then place wig under running water and gently squeeze in downward motion until hair is fully rinsed out. Repeat if necessary. For optimal results, follow with our Ultra Hydrating Conditioner.

Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for us to process your order. Any added color services and alterations do add five (5) to ten (10) business days to the processing time. If no available options work for you, we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date. If you purchase your oversold wig on sale, the price will be locked in and any exchanges will have the sale price honored. All orders over $50 qualify for Free US Shipping anywhere in the continental United States and is usually delivered within 4 - 10 business days.

US Standard Shipping:

Shipping anywhere in the continental United States and is usually delivered within 2 - 5 business days.

US Express Shipping:

Express Shipping charges are calculated before checkout and is usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days.

International Shipping:

International Shipping charges are calculated before checkout there are two options available:

International Standard Shipping and International Express Shipping

International Standard Shipping is usually delivered within 5 - 14 business days.

Milano Collection offers an amazing five (5) day return policy. The five days begin from the day you receive your order.
