Easy to Use: Fill a bucket or basin with warm water, add a quarter-size amount of shampoo and mix well; Place hand inside of wig cap to hold it and dip wig slowly into the water until hair is fully saturated; Repeat 3-4 times, then place wig under running water and gently squeeze in downward motion until hair is fully rinsed out. Repeat if necessary. For optimal results, follow with our Ultra Hydrating Conditioner.

If no available options work for you, we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date. If you purchase your oversold wig on sale, the price will be locked in and any exchanges will have the sale price honored.
