This attention to detail sets us apart from all other wig companies. You can expect your wig to be professionally styled and package before it is shipped. Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for us to process your order. Any added color services and alterations do add five (5) to ten (10) business days to the processing time. This is what we need to make your new Milano Wig perfect for you. In some cases, your new wig may be oversold; should this occur, we will reach out to you with available in stock options. If no available options work for you, we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date. If you purchase your oversold wig on sale, the price will be locked in and any exchanges will have the sale price honored. Delivery
Orders are usually processed in 5 - 15 business days. Please note that delivery times start after the order has been completed by our Client Experience and Quality Control Teams and has been packed for shipping.
Free US Shipping:
All orders over $50 qualify for Free US Shipping anywhere in the continental United States and is usually delivered within 7 - 10 business days.
US Standard Shipping:
Shipping anywhere in the continental United States and is usually delivered within 3 - 7 business days.
US Express Shipping:
Express Shipping charges are calculated before checkout and is usually delivered within 2 - 4 business days.
International Shipping:
International Shipping charges are calculated before checkout there are two options available:
International Standard Shipping and International Express Shipping
International Standard Shipping is usually delivered within 5 - 14 business days.
International Express Shipping is usually delivered within 2 - 5 business days.
International customers are responsible for all additional costs that may be charged by local customs agencies for duties and taxes. Please note that international delivery times do not include any delays caused by clearance and customs agencies.
Returns
Milano Collection offers an amazing five (5) day return policy. The five days begin from the day you receive your order.
Exchanges are FREE! We hope you'll fall in love the second time around, whether that means finding the right cap construction, length, style, or color. We have a large selection and will gladly assist you in finding the right wig for you. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed during sales and promotions may be EXCHANGE ONLY. Necessary and well made
Glad that they have the option because it opens up a lot more wigs to people who need a larger size. I did call Milano wigs after I placed my order and they were incredibly helpful with my random (and probably annoying) questions. So far I am very happy with the wig and the accessories that I have purchased from them. They have the best wig grips! And wigs, great quality and price.

New hair piece!
Overall experience was overwhelming. We purchased hair piece in November 2024 and just recently received our order last month May 2025. Very hard to get a hold of someone to get any information. Everything is AI. I reached out many time by email, Facebook, I even called and was told someone would call back and that did not happen as well. Finally someone reached out only to find out would be even longer for chosen hair piece but was offered alternative which we accepted as it became an immediate necessity. Once hair piece arrived, it is a beautiful piece made very well with good attention to details. The only thing we requested a 16” and received a much shorter one of 13” but due to necessity we kept the piece and was accepting of different colour. Hoping in the future when we order another piece that’s things will be much smoother and much, much quicker.
