I was so excited to purchase my first Milano wig and am very disappointed in the quality of hair. The hair gets easily tangled and matted, resulting in a constant need to brush the wig.
I either received a defective product or the 5 star review written about this wig is a complete lie because the hair is not of good quality. I get insecure and embarrassed while out in public wearing it because it doesn’t look how it costs and is always tangled. Very disappointing.
