Custom Color 26" Ash Blonde Ponytail Wig
I'm absolutely in love with my custom colored 26" ponytail wig! The quality is excellent and it is so comfortable to wear. It is my very first wig and it was easy to put on and wear all day. I have been so self conscious about my hair loss due to medication and chronic illness for so long that I forgot what it felt like to have beautiful, thick hair. With this wig, I no longer need to worry about the wind blowing, seeing my scalp and thinning areas or having to put scalp makeup on every day. I have confidence again. Customer service was very helpful and the stylist did a perfect job on getting the color just right and the silk top is no natural looking. I finally have my dream hair! Thank you so much. I will definitely be a return customer.

Nice out of the box
The wig itself is nice, minus a few ordering issues. I ordered a small, but received a medium with some adjustments, but it’s still too big. I had to send back for some over plucking of the hairs (not sure why they even plucked any hairs) that left a bald spot right in the hairline part. They repaired this nicely. The knots weren’t bleached and the hair wasn’t cut, so I’ll have to go back for this. This is my second wig from Milano. the first was just as I ordered, so hopefully this is just a one off issue.

Tangles and Gets Matted Bad
I’m currently working with customer service to hopefully find a solution, but I’m having to brush it constantly throughout the day to keep the tangles out. I’ve tried not to, but if I don’t then I’m spending a lot of time in the evenings to get the mats out.
