Actually, the hair is on it’s way back for exchange.
Although, the tag does say Ash Blonde, I’m almost certain that it was mistagged, as it is very warm toned, not Ash or neutral toned. I cannot wear warm or golden tones. At 60 years old, I’m very familiar with how Ash appears vs warm tones.
Also, I’ve seen Milano’s Ash Blonde HatFall up close on camera. Even while taking different cameras and lighting into consideration, I believe what I received is not the Ash Blonde.
I’m really hoping that someone at Milano Collection will help me, and that I will soon receive an Ash Blonde 20” HatFall.
Regardless of my need to exchange, I believe Milano Collection is an exceptional, top tier company in the world of alternative hair. God bless all who help women to navigate through, and find peace of mind, in what is often the most challenging and vulnerable of times.
