What happens during a consultation?

Online orders have a 5-day return/exchange window when items are in as-new, unworn, and unaltered condition. Some customization and service fees may be non-refundable, so review the policy before ordering.

I had written 2 questions on line. First response indicated that clips weren’t needed but the topper came with clips. Second I asked about a metal wire and the response indicated that there was one attached. My topper did not have a wire attached. Needless to say I was disappointed by the lack of clear and accurate information.
