In-store customers can join the Milano Rewards program by simply asking a team member in the showroom. Online customers can enroll while creating an account or by opting in through their existing customer dashboard.
Where can I redeem Milano Rewards points?
Points may be redeemed both in-store and online.
What can I receive with Milano Rewards points?
Milano Rewards points can be exchanged for a variety of complimentary products and special discounts. When redeeming your points, eligible rewards will be displayed for you to choose from.
How do I earn Milano Rewards points?
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Additional points can also be earned by following us on Instagram and Facebook.
Can I use Milano Rewards points in-store?
Absolutely. At checkout, simply ask your sales associate which rewards you’re eligible for and redeem your points on the spot.
When are points awarded?
For in-store purchases, points are awarded 7 days after the items are picked up. For online purchases, points are awarded 7 days after the items are shipped.
If I purchase online, can I redeem points in-store?
Yes. Your Milano Rewards account is linked to your email address. As long as you use the same email for both in-store and online purchases, your points will sync seamlessly.
What is the policy on returns and points?
Points earned from returned purchases will be forfeited.
Do I have to pay shipping when redeeming rewards online?
Our standard shipping policy applies to all reward redemptions. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under $50, standard shipping fees will apply.
