KTLA 5's LA Unscripted came to Milano in July to talk about confidence. Some women arrive ready for a change. Others are working through thinning or loss. The work is the same either way: listen first, then build a piece she forgets she's wearing.

Most of what makes a wig look real happens before it ever leaves the showroom. Every piece starts as 100% human hair. Our colorists match it against your own hair in natural light rather than off a swatch card, because roots, mid-lengths, and ends are rarely the same shade. Our seamstresses then take in the cap so it sits flat at the nape and stays put when you turn your head. Length, density, the parting, the hairline — all of it can be adjusted, and most of it is.

Many of the women we fit are dealing with hair loss: alopecia, chemotherapy, postpartum shedding, or thinning that arrived quietly somewhere in their forties. Others simply want hair that behaves on a Tuesday morning. We don't treat those as different appointments. Both start with the same question — what do you want to see in the mirror?
